  1. "Creepy Nannies" - I like that.

Now every time I go out mining I'm going to think of some kind of deranged Mary Poppins in a frigate, shooting at me.

  3. ALSO, there was an event on the test server recently where players were told to bring faction ships only for feedback on their balance. So they're definitely thinking about the pirate ships.

  4. well look at this quote from the referenced Dev Blog, it seems to indicate there won't be an expansion by that name---

"These are stories that take place in EVE, but they are not the sole story of EVE. One major difference between this novel and the last one we published is that The Burning Life will not be the focus of an expansion, nor will it be the culmination of that particular point in our storyline. It'll be part of EVE lore, but we're going to weave in its plotlines through a myriad of smaller threads."

  5. It's about time we pirates got more recognition.
Without us the market would slow, less ships will be destroyed which will lead to a surplus of asteroids and finally, bored capsuleers.

    We keep the market active.
