February In review

Despite being the shortest month February saw the best numbers ever on this humble blog, most likely driven by the frothing masses looking for any information on Apocrypha like my probing series.

MonthPage LoadsUnique VisitorsFirst Time VisitorsReturning Visitors
Feb 2009 8,997 5,678 3,488 2,190
Jan 2009 5,772 4,013 2,597 1,416
Dec 2008 3,647 2,655 1,563 1,092

We had over 3000 more page loads and almost a thousand first time visitors over January. Very busy indeed! Busiest day was Friday the 13th with 489 page loads which is when I was midway through the probing articles.

During the month I spent a lot of my free time on the test server exploring the new probing mechanics. I contributed a bit in the war against INCA but haven't had the fortune to see any action in the short war against new neighbours Mugen Industries. I trained up Tech II Heavy Drones and my Gallente Battleship skills, and Derranna has become a shield warfare link specialist.

Coming up in March is the long awaited Apocrypha expansion and adventures into wormhole space. Not to mention a guest spot for me on a podcast. Stay tuned!
