Nice article. I am interested in hearing a bit more about what's involved with actually smuggling the illegal boosters. Or is there really nothing to it besides a random modifier regardless of your efforts?
Some expert smugglers claim its just a random chance, others say your standing with the Custom Official's faction may play a part. No one seems to know for sure.
