I got together with new friend Raven for my first real game of Adeptus Titanicus
The Trinity Hobby store has amazing 2x2 molded plastic tabletop with hills and Local Legend Noah made some AT friendly rocks which fits perfectly. The table looked amazing.

Raven has the objective to sneak an objective starting on a titan off the board. I'll learn the objective names someday.
It was both our first real game so no strategems or fancy maniples or secondary objectives.
The deployment zones were the 4 corners.
Raven deployed everything in one of his corners.
I decided to match him with everything but Warhound Kludde in one corner.
Raven wasted no time advancing towards me, the Ceratus Knights especially terrifying.
Well I came to roll dice so I marched towards him, with Warhound Ahklut moving to flank.
Meanwhile Kludde moved towards the middle to intercept the Solaria warhound that suspiciously looked to be making a run for it.
Serperos move to intercept the Knights.
With Full Stride orders, the Warhound moved to contest my obejctives.
Turn 2, the Knights charge into the Serperos stalkers who move in to swarm them, but the Knights Sheilding was too strong.
The Solaria Reaver and second warhound pound Reaver Nian but she stands and takes the blows.
The Solaria runner tries to use cover so Ahklut and Kludde try to pincher it before it goes any further.
Unfortunately, while pushing the reactor for more turns to come about, Kludde's machine spirit awakens and stops him in his tracks. Without the vulcan megabolter to try to reduce some shields, the pincher fails to work.
Fire continues to rain on Nian but she holds the pass.
In the east, the Knights take some damage but they overload the construct shields and rip the Serperos to shreds. Desperate to destroy at least one of the knights, the unshaken stalker charges and hits with its lascutters, and the ion shields fail! On the fusion enhanced damage roll... I get a 1.
The knights easily finish off the fumbling mech.
Nian moves to the side to try and use some rocks for cover while Raum moves up to add his firepower to the exchange. Nian continues to be fired upon by everything the Solarian's got left.
Nian's voids are down and damage starts to accumulate.
Turn 3, fearing the runaway Warhound will not be caught, Ahklut moves back to the centre to add its double plasma blastguns to the assault on the second warhound along with Nian and Raum, but its camoline cloak gives it some survivability.
That warhound deserves battle honours, tough little bugger.
He is barely holding on now that the cloak is destroyed.
The objective warhound gets up the hill, so just like Ahklut, Kludde turns back to the centre to secure my own objectives because I was pretty sure I was not keeping it from the board edge now.
The Tragedy of Mighty Raum. I ignored the knights because Raum was undamaged, but they charged and struck the legs with their lances and nearly took Raum down! In the combat phase, they finished the job. However, Raum spun around while dying, kicking one damaged knight and breaking it, then falling down on top of the other crushing it! A poor exchange for me though, those Knights earned their names in the Halls of Reknown.
Final act of turn 4's combat phase, The Solarian Reaver finally knocks down stuggling Nian, marking both of my Reavers down.
Great game, learned lots, looking forward to the next one.
