This is one of my favorite ships "looks wise." And it seems to have good slot layouts and such, plus the ship bonuses look good too. I will have to own one someday. . .
the ashimmu is an ok cruiser combatwise lacking in dps(though if it could use 5 medium drones itd be a hell of a lot better hehe) best set up is a full rack of neut/nos with support nearby. truthfully youd be better going with a curse than this with a faction web for the added web range. truthfully you shouldnt fly any of the faction ships without really good skills cause thats where they start outshining their t1/t2 compatriots though i have to say the ashimmu unless ccp gives it some attention to bring it up to par with ships like pilgrim/curse will be just a hangar ornament.that being said all theyd really have to do is give it a drone bay and you have a much better ship that isnt overpowered as you still have to get into neut/nos range.
Nice. Very much reminds me of the Reaver ships from Firefly. Makes sense for the faction too.. Blood Raiders / Reavers.
