Kirith Kodachi's corporation, Aideron Robotics, provides tools and technological resources to the Gallente Militia. Subsparx, Crimson Serpent Syndicate, and HECON are building the capacity to provide similar services to Caldari Militia.
It would be more accurate to say that the recent past has shown that the Gallente militia's better overall organization and communication between member corps/alliances have helped us prevail in the past in many fights, and the Caldari have recognized this fact and are emulating us (cooperation, common voice comms, single forums) to compete.
